EDJEr Training Bank
Dedication to growth is a core value at Leading EDJE. To help support that, each EDJEr is provided with a dedicated training
budget and paid training hours. Leading EDJE encourages all types of learning – including conferences, online training, and
hands-on learning. We also hold internal training events to help keep our team up to date on the latest technologies.
We know that having options in health care is important. Leading EDJE offers multiple insurance plans to allow you to
customize your health care to a plan that is best for you and your family. We have 3 options available for medical
insurance, including both an HSA and PPO plan, as well as dental and vision insurance. Leading EDJE pays a defined
contribution towards the insurance premium for all plans.
In addition, Leading EDJE provides LTD, STD, AD&D and term life
insurance at no cost to the team member, as well as a voluntary life insurance plan for themselves and their family members.
Work/Life balance can be hard and Leading EDJE encourages team members to take time out of work to relax and enjoy their
time with friends and family.
New team members earn up to 120 hours of paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays. In addition, paid time off increases with
tenure in the company, up to 200 hours of paid time off. We also offer flextime to those team members who work more than 40
hours in the work week, through either additional pay or time off.

Leading EDJE recognizes there is more to work than 9-5. Getting our team together for team events helps build camaraderie
and supports our culture of collaboration and fun. Whether it’s a bowling night, Clipper’s Night, or just hanging out at our
“EDJE” space for a happy hour, we encourage our team to participate in our monthly events to get to know their fellow EDJErs.
