CURRENT OPENINGS

Solutions Developer

We are currently seeking Solutions Developers with Java or .NET development experience. Front end User Interface development skills are a plus.

  • Should have exposure to at least one common Software Development Mythology (SDLC, Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc...)
  • Development with at least one data repository (Oracle, SQLServer, Hadoop, NoSQL, etc...), including data access and manipulation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.

Sr. Solutions Developer

We are currently seeking Sr. Solutions Developers with Java or .NET development experience. Front end User Interface development skills are a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to provide basic mentoring capabilities in a 1:1 setting to less experienced team members, including best practices in coding.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions on frameworks based upon area of proficiency.
  • Ability to perform code reviews on established coding standards.

Solutions Analyst (Business Analyst)

We are currently seeking Solutions Analysts with strong collaboration skills to help solve complex business problems.

Must possess strong Business Analyst skills – experience with process modeling, use case development and detailed requirements documentation.

  • Expert knowledge in 1 or more common Software Development Mythologies (SDLC, Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc...)
  • Ability to lead the requirements process to analyze and document IT and business processes and design improvements
  • Ability to document business and functional requirements, business processes, use cases, and user test plans
  • Coordinates and leads user discovery sessions and project team meetings to gather and organize project business requirements and use cases on assigned projects
  • Ability to deliver effective, clear, and consistent functional and technical documentation
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation Ability to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and IT associates

  • Able to lead the requirements process to analyze and document IT and business processes and design improvements
  • Ability to manage the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of one or more projects in coordination with cross-functionality team members.
  • Ability to establish priorities and assign tasks or deliverables.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Must have proven ability to provide oversight and mentorship to junior level associates

    We know that having options in health care is important. Leading EDJE offers multiple insurance plans to allow you to customize your health care to a plan that is best for you and your family. We have 3 options available for medical insurance, including both an HSA and PPO plan, as well as dental and vision insurance. Leading EDJE pays a defined contribution towards the insurance premium for all plans.

    In addition, Leading EDJE provides LTD, STD, AD&D and term life insurance at no cost to the team member, as well as a voluntary life insurance plan for themselves and their family members.

    Work/Life balance can be hard and Leading EDJE encourages team members to take time out of work to relax and enjoy their time with friends and family.

    New team members earn up to 120 hours of paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays. In addition, paid time off increases with tenure in the company, up to 200 hours of paid time off. We also offer flextime to those team members who work more than 40 hours in the work week, through either additional pay or time off.
